Quality Policy
PESystems strives to achieve total customer satisfaction
through continual improvement in the effectiveness of our
Quality Management System. We will improve our services and
products through our commitment to adhere to the
requirements of our Quality Management System, careful and
systematic review and improvement of our business processes,
and through selecting, equipping, training, developing and
managing our professional staff.
ISO Certification
To maintain and improve our competitive business posture
while increasing the quality of our services and customer
satisfaction, we achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification for
our quality management system in May 2003. We were assisted
in this endeavor under DoD’s Mentor-Protégé (MP) program
with a major defense contractor sponsored by the Defense
Information Systems Agency (DISA). We apply ISO 9001:2000 to
all aspects of our Corporate operations and are proud of
this milestone which adds significantly to our record of
steady growth and solid achievement. In 2009, we passed the
annual certification re-inspection.
